Windrider stands at around 20 feet tall and is a dark green colour. While in robot mode his alt form’s wings are attached to his back where a human’s shoulder blades would be, making him appear to have a winged form. However he is unable to fly in his robot mode but he does possess jets on his back which allows him to ‘jump’ long distances quickly, this was an upgrade that came with his alt form, possessing STOVL jets. The rest of his body is covered in light armour that is designed for ease of movement rather then taking hits, with small breaks in his armour at the elbows and knees to allow for more motion. His build is lithe and he is quite acrobatic and enjoys the strength that comes with youth and he usually has a smile on his face.
His alt form is unusual for an Autobot in that he becomes an F-35B Lightning II.------------------------------------------------------------------------------YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHO YOU'RE DEALING WITH

- Turning everything into an obstacle course (Think parkour)
Dislikes:
- Sitting around with nothing to do

- Being on his own
Personality:
Most of the time Windrider tends to be somewhat happy-go-lucky, or at least that’s how he appears anyway. He likes to think that he is free of restrictions though this comes from his somewhat darker past. He doesn’t like talking about what happened to him or his parents on Cybertron and tries to go on as if it never happened. That said he is also very curious about the world around him though he knows better then to mess with any of the humans. He also has a keen scientific mind and an aptitude for learning though at his current age it only manifests as a curiosity about how things work, what makes them tick.
Since his body is that of an adult he does sometimes end up being a little clumsy, awkward and often times he doesn’t know his own strength. He is often a free spirit and dislikes staying in one place for a long period of time. If he does he starts to get anxious and a little twitchy, always looking around, again this stems from his past on Cybertron. As his name suggests he enjoys flying and likes to spend a lot of his time in the air.
He also possesses a youthful confidence in his abilities and can sometimes come across as rather cocky or overconfident. Unfortunately his youth also means he sometimes lacks the skill and experience to back up his confidence.
Strengths:
He possesses the strength and endurance that comes with youth and he can usually fly faster then a standard F-35B and at higher altitudes. His vehicle mode possesses a primitive/earth stealth system that makes him difficult to detect, both in robot and vehicle mode.
Weaknesses:
His lack of experience often plays against him and his overconfidence will usually get him into trouble. He is also inexperienced in using his various weapons and more often then not will miss.------------------------------------------------------------------------------THE SKELETONS IN YOUR CLOSET
Family:
Skydancer: Mother (Deceased)
Altinor: Father (Deceased)
History:
Windrider hatched while the Great War was raging on Cybertron to a family who were strong supporters of the Autobots. His father was a soldier in said war, being in charge of an air-based unit. His mother stayed well away from the war with Windrider, tryng to make sure he would grow up without being traumatised by the war.
Unfortunately the war caught up with Skydancer and Windrider and a group of Decepticons chased after the two of them. Fortunately his mother was adept in air combat also and she often carried Windrider to safety within her ‘cockpit’. They spent a long time on the run, moving from place to place however their luck ran out however when Altinor came for both Skydancer and Windrider for them to escape Cybertron on one of the departing ships.
Unfortunately as they came to board the ship it came under Decepticon attack and Altinor was forced to stay on the ground to fight them off while the civilians boarded. Skydancer made sure that Windrider was aboard before she joined her sparkmate in fending off the Decepticons.
Windrider could only watch as his parents put up a strong fight, allowing the ship to depart and he tried to watch as long as he could to see if they could find their way to the ship. Unfortunately as the ship reached orbit it came under Decepticon attack before it could leave and a very teary-eyed Windrider was forced, along with the others, to get into stasis pods.
He managed to get into one just before the ship was destroyed but unfortunately it meant he was on his own as the stasis pod followed a pre-programmed route. While he was in stasis his dreams kept replaying the escape from Cybertron though it was some time before the stasis pod reached it’s destination, Earth.
Windrider came out of stasis as the pod hit the atmosphere though the pod hit somewhere in the Sahara desert, sending sand up into the air. The jolt almost knocked him back into stasis though only semi-conscious he managed to get out of the pod and running on instinct his systems detected a vehicle in the air and scanned it and before falling into stasis his body changed to reflect his new vehicle mode.
He awoke sometime later and shocked himself as he transformed into a perfect replica of an F-35B Lightning II, hovering just above the ground.
Since then he had been exploring the planet beyond the desert he crashed in though he avoids contact with the humans.------------------------------------------------------------------------------IS THAT ALL YOU HAVE TO SAY?
Weaponry:
In his vehicle mode he possesses a gatling-style cannon and four under wing missile launchers, though he could use bomb type weapon instead of a missile.
In his robot mode he is armed with a missile launcher built into his left arm, with the missile launching from within his forearm, the outer side of his left forearm opening to allow it to be fire. His right hand can change into a light energy cannon.
Extra:------------------------------------------------------------------------------WHAT YOU DON'T KNOW ABOUT ME
Life went on as normal in the city, blissfully unaware of the visitors from Cybertron, as a jet shot across the sky. To the normal observer it would be but a speck against the blue of the sky but in reality it was the disguised form of a young Cybertronian.
He was investigating that area of the planet, though keeping up high enough to avoid being seen by the inhabitants below. While he was curious about the beings of this planet, Windrider knew better then to try and mess with them. He had learnt that they were advanced enough that their weapons could damage him. Fortunately whatever the vehicle that he was mimicking was it had the ability to remain hidden from their sensors which meant he could observe them from on high without being discovered.
While his optics scanned the city below he manoeuvred himself through the air with ease. It appeared to be something that ran in his family, like it was in his circuits. Still after a short time and a circle above the city he grew tired of watching them and he activated his additional jet and soared off at high speed to explore somewhere else.
