Basically, I think it'd be interesting to see Vicky and Elina's madre walking amongst the living once more. If you want Foxfire instead, we'll have to discuss on how he's alive. It shouldn't be too difficult, it's possible.
Wildcat - No real restrictions, write her however you please personality and history-wise. Though, she was an Autobot before she met Foxfire and it still remains the two are/were Spark-mates depending on who is still alive. Vicky and Elina must remain as her Sparklings, whom she didn't want involved with the Decepticons and had tried to flee said Cons in order to get them both far from malicious intent. This femme carried warrior status.
Her supposed death was in a battle against bounty hunters whom took her down when she attacked in order to give Foxfire time to hide the twins. It'd be possible to bring her back. Perhaps someone picked her up, figuring they could reprogram the dead as drones once reactivation and repairs had taken place and then she booked after returning the favor with a boot to the head.
Foxfire - No restrictions here, though he was higher up in the ranks of Decepticons from 5-7 and took his job seriously, he was a complete goofball when free of others whom shared the need to be serious. Which is what Wildcat had fallen in love with, how free he seemed. It just so happened that in his point of view, he could set up his Sparklings for life with this project he volunteered them for which Shockwave was in charge of. He figured with this, they would be at high ranks in the Decepticon army, and there would be little chance of their being randomly terminated.
His death was not specified. It's likely he could of been reactivated the same way or perhaps by Decepticons once the body was recovered. Hey, maybe some old fart was just that nice?
