Name: Kokoro
Nicknames: Koko
Age: Fourteen
Gender: Female
Route: Straight. Ish.
Status: She's a kid, foo'. She don' got rank!------------------------------------------------------------------------------THE DETAILSKoko is a slender girl by nature, slim and short, with a generally mousy appearance when she's all kempt up and healthy. She has pale skin, but it can retain a tan during the summer months, and big, bright blue eyes that seem to glow at times. She has a small slightly-pointed nose and a small mouth, with crooked teeth and a fairly lopsided smile. she has thin cheeks and unpronounced ears, framed by thick black hair, bangless, and eventually she'll let it grow out to be pretty long.
Despite her short stature, she has relatively long legs in comparison to her body, and as fairly well muscled. She doesn't have much in the way of a figure, other than a hardly-pronounced waist and bust. She prefers to wear tight-fit jeans and a nice, firm pair of boots, laced up nice and tight against her feet, like a foot hug. She likes the feel of tanks tops, and will wear those a lot, but always wears a jacket over it, to keep her arms covered. She also likes to wear fnigerless gloves, but won't always, and will occasionally put her hair up into a ponytail. She hates to wear white, and will avoid the color at all costs, even resorting to wearing black most of the time, though, like her father, she does like a bit of bright color from time to time - like yellow, for example, or a splash of red, or blue, or even green, usually shown with her shirt and gloves.
She is, however, peppered with scars, marks of her past life in the lab. She was born... Created? In a lab space, a test subject to be played with, as their only captured Techno-Organic. As such, she has several oddly shaped, rough scars, which she usually attempts to keep covered up. There is a very prominent one, however, across her right cheekbone, one that had gotten infected, and looked a lot worse than it would had it been treated properly. There is also one along the fold of the upper crease of her left eye, which isn't as prominent, but definitely there.
Other scars include a handful of incision marks of her chest, a tearing-like effect on her shoulder, which is also one of the oldest, a scarr along the soft part of her arm just above her wrist that runs all the way up to her elbow. There is also a scar on her kneecap, but this too is an old one. Most of the fresh ones focus around the heart area, and a little bit around the stomach area, but these are in combination with many older ones, and most around this area show signs of being poorly cared for. The freshest scar is a long line beside her spine along her back, the cut unfinished and poorly cared for.
However, straight from the lab, she retains very little of this appearance, being painfully underweight and torn, her hair shaggy and uneven, and a scar on her eye that tends to open from time to time due to the activity in that area. It will take a long time for her to phase into the healthy appearance described above.------------------------------------------------------------------------------YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHO YOU'RE DEALING WITH

Personality: Having been trapped in a lab her entire life, Koko isn't exactly the kind of girl to trust quickly. Or talk. Or associate herself with you in any way. Especially if she's ever seen you hold a knife, or you've ever scared her in any way. Even then, it doesn't really matter, because in her thousand worlds of dream reality, anybody can do anything, and she automatically applies it too all of these worlds.
Of course, this is another thing. Because of her lack of control over her special ability, every night she is forced to live thousands of different dreams, unconscious of the difference between these dreams and reality except in the most bizarre situations - which, unfortunately, is not, say, the absolute betrayal of her friends and completely out of character behavior - more like, say, flying rainbow unicorns and pocket puppies. Even these are possible in her alternate realities, as her dream world warps them more and more.
As such, she really, truly, cannot trust. She is, instead, very compliant, just going along with whatever is around her, and keeping to herself when possible - because, in her dreams, this is how she survives. She isn't very social, she isn't very demanding, and she's not particularly careful. She does, though, when necessary, do her part to fulfill whatever role she's given.
She is, however, after understanding her world - the real one - and learning to use her ability, a very outgoing girl. It is a very drastic change, as she changes from passive and alone into bold, outgoing, and daring, and thus deserves it's own spot in personality - however, this change is to be left vague, as it is better played than read.
Strengths: Kokoro is great at fast thinking, and has excellent, excellent eyesight. She misses little visually, and with a mind that can accelerate to what seems like an hour a minute, her strategical thinking is great, and studying for school isn't exactly a horrible process when you can spend five minutes and have it be the equivalent of five hours of study.
Put short, she's a brilliant mind and fast-moving eyes to match it.
Weaknesses: She isn't very athletic and she doesn't trust easily. She'd much rather be by herself, but she isn't very good at protecting herself. She is an analyst and a strategist, not a fighter, and not much of a friendly person. She alienates herself, and that leaves her weak.------------------------------------------------------------------------------THE SKELETONS IN YOUR CLOSET
Family: Mother Unknown, Father is Bumblebee
History: Unfortunately, her history is very straightforward, as she was born, and grew up, a lab rat. She was created, rather than born, from the left over Sector Seven materials - namely, samples taken from Bumblebee, and a voluntary donation of a human reproduction cell - and so she was born. Fancy, right? A literal test-tube baby. And so a series of very gruesome tests has been performed most of her life, as well as nice little cases of child abuse, and a horrible, horrible teacher. Well, a good teacher, but a horrible attitude.
These schooling times, however, were her favorites - and so she isn't exactly behind on her education just because she liked learning. Because when she wasn't learning, she was being tortured. So it was a trained appreciation. She is the kind of girl who would be proud to be a teacher's pet, because that meant she did well.
Right before her eventual escape was her last experimental surgery, a short cut between her shoulder blades, right beside her spine, which started neat and ended sloppy, as she forced the blade away. It was this cut that inspired the onset of her ability, that which normally came naturally, but with her had to be forced.
With he mind accelerated, Koko pitched herself away from the scientist in an abrupt burst of adrenaline, forcing the blade away from her back and she scrambled out of the room. Her escape from the building was swift and efficient, as though planned, even though it was a spurr of the moment thing.
Her survival after the escape, however, was not, as she was found by her accidental-father in the streets, alone even though she was surrounded.------------------------------------------------------------------------------IS THAT ALL YOU HAVE TO SAY?
Extra: Kokoro's ability, if you haven't figured it out yet, is to hyper-accelerate her mind. Of course, this makes everything else very, very slow, and so that she can look at something different without killing her eyes, they are enhanced as well, with excellent vision and darting movements that would, after a while, pull a muscle or strain most other people's eyes.------------------------------------------------------------------------------WHAT YOU DON'T KNOW ABOUT MEWhat was he doing? What was going on? was he really cutting into her nerves, into her spine? Even they weren't that cruel, to not at least slightly put a damper on the pain. The knife entered her skin, and she screamed, the pain familiar and unwelcome. She fought against her restraints, harder than she ever had before. And all of a sudden, everything stopped. A restraint snapped. She tried to push the scientist away, but she couldn't move! Her arm was moving so slowly, as if it was in a very thick soup. That's what it felt like, too.
With a shoving motion, the knife slipped through her skin in an agonizingly slow slice, her nerves picking up on the pain just as quickly as her brain was working. The scientist stumbled back in a comically exaggerated scene. It was like the world had been put in slow motion. Her back hurt terribly and the situation was very, very strange - but she knew that this was her chance to run.
So run she did, fleeing the room, overcoming obstacle after obstacle, still feeling as though she was running through soup, her long ignored muscles screaming at the sudden activity, the people throughout the building making comical expressions as reaction times varied. She felt like minutes passed between the time she spotted somebody and the time they reacted.
The only thing that kept her from giggling at the comical expressions and slowness was the gravity of the situation. She had no doubt that if she didn't get out now, they would kill or torture her, reaching a degree past what they've ever gotten, a degree even past the fresh, painful cut on her spine.
Freedom was in reach.
